Surah Ghafir

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

رَفِيعُ الدَّرَجَاتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِ يُلْقِي الرُّوحَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ عَلَى مَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ لِيُنذِرَ يَوْمَ التَّلَاقِ ﴿١٥﴾
40/Ghafir-15: Raafeeud daraaceati zul aarsh(aarshi), yulkır roohaa min amrihee aalea man yasheau min ıbeadihee li yunziraa yavmat taleak(taleakı).

Imam Iskender Ali Mihr

Allah Who raises the ranks and Who is the Owner of the ‘Non-existence’ sends a spirit (the spirit of the Imam of the Time that will convey the Command of Allah) by His Command onto any of His servants (the heads of His servants that He wishes to deliver to Himself)) He wills (since he wishes to reach Allah, Allah also wishes to make him reach Himself) in order to warn (the spirit of that servant) of the Day to reach Allah.

Abdul Majid Daryabadi

He is Lofty in degrees, Lord of the Throne. He casteth the spirit of His command upon whomsoever He will of His bondmen, that he may warn people of the Day of Meeting.

Ali Quli Qarai

Raiser of ranks, Lord of the Throne, He casts the Spirit of His command upon whomever of His servants that He wishes, that he may warn [people] of the Day of Encounter.

He is exalted above all degrees, Owner of the Supreme Throne. He conveys the Spirit (the life-giving Revelation, from the immaterial realm) of His command to whom He wills of His servants, so as to warn (conscious, responsible beings) of the Day of Meeting (when His servants will meet Him).
