Surah Sad
Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem
فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ الرِّيحَ تَجْرِي بِأَمْرِهِ رُخَاء حَيْثُ أَصَابَ
﴿٣٦﴾
38/Sad-36:
Fa sahhaarnea lahur reehaa tacree bi amrihee ruheaan haaysu aseab(aseaba).

Upon that We made the wind subservient to him. By his command, it would go where ever he desired blowing gently.
