Surah Al-Kahf

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

ثُمَّ بَعَثْنَاهُمْ لِنَعْلَمَ أَيُّ الْحِزْبَيْنِ أَحْصَى لِمَا لَبِثُوا أَمَدًا ﴿١٢﴾
18/Al-Kahf-12: Summa baaasneahum li naa'lama ayyul hızbayni aahsea limea labisoo amadea(amadan).

Imam Iskender Ali Mihr

Then We raised them up (from their sleep) that We might know (and let know) which of the two parties was best able to calculate the time for which they remained.

Thereafter We raised them up that We might know which of the two parties was best at reckoning the time that they had tarried.

Then We aroused them that We might know which of the two groups better reckoned the period they had stayed.
