Surah An-Nisa

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

وَلْيَخْشَ الَّذِينَ لَوْ تَرَكُواْ مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّةً ضِعَافًا خَافُواْ عَلَيْهِمْ فَلْيَتَّقُوا اللّهَ وَلْيَقُولُواْ قَوْلاً سَدِيدًا ﴿٩﴾
4/An-Nisa-9: Valyaahshallazeena lav taraakoo min haalfihim zurriyatan dıeafan heafoo aalayhim, falyattakoolleaha valyakooloo kaavlan sadeedea(sadeedaan).

And let those fear as if they had left weak offspring behind and feared for them (that they would be exposed to injustice). So let them fear Allah and speak words of justice (righteousness).

And let them beware who, should they leave behind them a weakly progeny, would be afraid on their account; let them, wherefore, fear Allah, and says a proper saying.

And as to the parents, to each of them a sixth of what he leaves, if he has a son; but if he have no son, and his parents inherit, then let his mother have a third, and if he have brethren, let his mother have a sixth after any legacy he bequeaths or debt has been paid. Your parents or your children, you know not which of them is nearest to you in usefulness. This is an ordinance from Allah; verily, Allah is Knower and Wise!

And let those (executors and guardians) have the same fear in their minds as they would have for their own, if they had left weak offspring behind. So let them fear Allah and speak right words.
