Surah Az-Zukhruf

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

فَاسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُ فَأَطَاعُوهُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ ﴿٥٤﴾
43/Az-Zukhruf-54: Fastahaaffa kaavmahu fa aateaooh(aateaoohu), innahum keanoo kaavman feasikeen(feasikeena).

So (Pharaoh) took his people lightly (He looked down on his people). Upon that (his people) obeyed him. Surely they became a transgressing people.

Then he incited his people and they obeyed him; verily they were ever a transgressing people.
