Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem
﴿١﴾
76/Al-Insan-1: Hal atea aalal inseani heenun minad dahri lam yakun shay’an mazkoorea(mazkooran).
Has there not come over man a long period of time when he was not a thing worth mentioning (until he became a being worth mentioning) (a period that passed from his first creation as a single cell until his becoming a being worth mentioning-his birth)? (1)
﴿٢﴾
76/Al-Insan-2: Innea haalaaknal inseana min nutfatin amsheacin nabtaleehi fa caaalneahu sameeaan baaseerea(baaseeran).
Surely We have created man from a combination of Nutfah (two cells). We will try him. Therefore We have made him a being that hears, sees. (2)
﴿٣﴾
76/Al-Insan-3: Innea hadayneahus sabeela immea sheakiran va immea kafoorea(kafooran).
Surely We have delivered him to a Way (leading to Allah). But either he becomes grateful (he wishes to reach Allah) or ungrateful (disbeliever) (he does not wish to reach Allah before death). (3)
﴿٤﴾
76/Al-Insan-4: Innea aa’tadnea lil keafireena saleasila va aağlealan va saeerea(saeeran).
Surely We have prepared for the disbelievers chains and shackles and a blazing Fire. (4)
﴿٥﴾
76/Al-Insan-5: Innal abrearaa yashraboona min ka’sin keana mizeacuhea keafoorea(keafooran).
Surely the Abrâr ones shall drink from the cups that have Kâfûr in it. (5)
﴿٦﴾
76/Al-Insan-6: AAynan yashrabu bihea ibeadulleahi yufacciroonahea tafceerea(tafceeran).
The servants of Allah cause that spring from which they drink to gush forth. (6)
﴿٧﴾
76/Al-Insan-7: Yoofoona bin nazri va yaheafoona yavman keana sharruhu mustateerea(mustateeran).
They fulfill their vow and fear the Day whose evil wide-spread (everywhere). (7)
﴿٨﴾
76/Al-Insan-8: Va yut’imoonat taaeama aalea hubbihee miskeenan va yateeman va aseerea(aseeran.)
And they feed their most loved food to the needy, the orphan, and the captive. (8)
﴿٩﴾
76/Al-Insan-9: Innamea nut’imukum li vachilleahi lea nureedu minkum cazeaan va lea shukoorea(shukooran).
We only feed you for the Countenance of Allah. We wish for no reward nor thanks from you. (9)
76/Al-Insan-10: Innea naheafu min raabbinea yavman aaboosan kaamtaareerea(kaamtaareeran).
Surely we fear our Lord on a Day that is hard, stressful, where the faces look horrible. (10)
76/Al-Insan-11: Fa vakeahumulleahu sharraa zealikal yavmi va laakkeahum naadratan va suroorea(surooran).
Yet Allah guarded them from the evil of such Day and delivered them to a bright face and joy. (11)
76/Al-Insan-12: Va cazeahum bimea saabaroo cannatan va haareerea(haareeran).
And due to their patience He rewarded them with heaven and silk clothes. (12)

And young men who never age go around them. When you see them, you think they are scattered pearls. (19)
76/Al-Insan-20: Va izea raayta samma raayta naaeeman va mulkan kabeerea(kabeeran).

76/Al-Insan-22: Inna heazea keana lakum cazeaan va keana saa’yukum mashkoorea(mashkooran).
Surely this became your reward. And your striving found to be worthy of being thanked (be appreciated). (22)
76/Al-Insan-23: Innea naahnu nazzalnea aalaykal kur’eana tanzeelea(tanzeelan).
Surely We, We have sent down the Qur’ân to you by stages (verse by verse). (23)
76/Al-Insan-24: Faasbir li hukmi raabbika va lea tutı’minhum easiman av kafoorea(kafooran).
