Surah Al-Isra

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

قُلِ ادْعُواْ الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُم مِّن دُونِهِ فَلاَ يَمْلِكُونَ كَشْفَ الضُّرِّ عَنكُمْ وَلاَ تَحْوِيلاً ﴿٥٦﴾
17/Al-Isra-56: Kulid’oollazeena zaaamtum min doonihee fa lea yamlikoona kashfad durri aankum va lea taahveelea(taahveelan).

Imam Iskender Ali Mihr

Say (to them): “Call on those whom you assumed (took as deities) besides Him.” They neither have the power to remove the harm nor shift it from you.

Abdul Majid Daryabadi

Say thou: call upon those whom ye fancy beside Him; they are able neither to remove the distress from you nor to work a turning off.

Ali Quli Qarai

Say, ‘Invoke those whom you claim [to be gods] besides Him. They have no power to remove your distress, nor to bring about any change [in your state].

Say: "Call upon those (the angels, human beings, jinn,) whom you pretend are deities apart from Him! They have no power to remove any affliction from you nor can they make any changes in your conditions."
