Surah Al-Isra

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

وَلَئِن شِئْنَا لَنَذْهَبَنَّ بِالَّذِي أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ ثُمَّ لاَ تَجِدُ لَكَ بِهِ عَلَيْنَا وَكِيلاً ﴿٨٦﴾
17/Al-Isra-86: Va lain shi’nea la nazhabanna billazee avhaaynea ilayka summa lea tacidu laka bihee aalaynea vakeelea(vakeelan).

Imam Iskender Ali Mihr

And if We willed, We could surely take away (erase) that which We have revealed to you. Then you would not find for it (for Us not to take away) a Surrogate (to defend you) against Us.

And if We listed, We could surely take away that which We have revealed unto thee: then thou wilt not find in respect thereof against us as trustee.

If We wish, We would take away what We have revealed to you. Then you would not find for yourself any defender against Us,

(You are not, as the unbelievers allege, the author of the Qur’an. It is only We Who reveal it entirely.)
