Allah it is who has raised the heavens without supporting columns that you can see; then He established Himself firmly on the throne (of authority and control), and subjected the sun and the moon (to His Law or service). Each one runs on its course for an appointed time. He regulates affairs, (or details the signs or revelations), that per chance (or possibly) you may believe with certainty in the meeting with your Lord.

Hilali & Khan

Allah is He who raised the heavens without any pillars that you can see, and He is established on the Throne of Power, and He made the sun and the moon subservient (to you).
