Surah At-Takwir

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

وَمَا تَشَاؤُونَ إِلَّا أَن يَشَاء اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿٢٩﴾
81/At-Takwir-29: Va mea tasheaoona illea an yasheaaalleahu raabbul ealameen(ealameena).

And you cannot will unless Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, wills.

And ye shall not will unless it be that Allah, the Lord of the worlds, willeth.
