Surah Al-Insan
Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem
وَمَا تَشَاؤُونَ إِلَّا أَن يَشَاء اللَّهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
﴿٣٠﴾
76/Al-Insan-30:
Va mea tasheaoona illea an yasheaaalleah(yasheaaalleahu), innaalleaha keana aaleeman haakeemea(haakeeman).

And you cannot will, unless Allah wills. Surely Allah is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise (the owner of wisdom and judgment).
