Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem
تَنَزَّلُ عَلَى كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ
﴿٢٢٢﴾
26/Ash-Shu'ara-222:
Tanazzalu aalea kulli affeakin aseem(aseemin).

They descend upon every lying (slandering), sinful one.
