Surah Al-Ma'arij

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ الْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا ﴿٢١﴾
70/Al-Ma'arij-21: Va izea massahul haayru manooea(manooaan).

Imam Iskender Ali Mihr

And he is stingy when a good touches him.

Abdul Majid Daryabadi

And when good toucheth him he is begrudging.

Ali Quli Qarai

and grudging [charity] when good comes his way

And niggardly when good visits him.
