Surah Fatir

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

وَمَا يَسْتَوِي الْأَحْيَاء وَلَا الْأَمْوَاتُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُسْمِعُ مَن يَشَاء وَمَا أَنتَ بِمُسْمِعٍ مَّن فِي الْقُبُورِ ﴿٢٢﴾
35/Fatir-22: Va mea yastaveel aahyeau va leal amveat(amveatu), innaalleaha yusmiu man yasheau, va mea anta bi musmiin man feel kuboor(kuboori).

And neither are the living and the dead equal. Surely Allah makes whom He wills hear, and you cannot make those hear who are in the graves.
