At-Tur-28, Quran Recitation by Abu Bakr al Shatri

Surely we were calling upon Him (Allah) before. Surely He is Berr (The Most Courteous, the Most Generous), the Most Merciful (the One Who manifests Himself with His Name of Most Merciful).

Verily we were wont to pray Unto Him aforetime; verily He! it is He, the Benign, the Merciful.´

We used to supplicate Him aforetime. Indeed He is the All-benign, the All-merciful.’

"We used to worship and invoke Him alone before. Surely He is the All-Benign, the All-Compassionate (especially to His believing servants)."

We used to pray to Him erstwhile; He is the just and merciful.

“Indeed we used to worship Him in our previous life; indeed He only is the Benign, the Most Merciful.”

`We used to call upon Him before (in prayer). Surely, He alone is the Most Beneficent, the Ever Merciful.´

we were before ever calling upon Him; surely He is the All-benign, the All-compassionate.'

"Surely we called upon Him before: Surely He is the Benign, the Merciful."

"Verily, We used to invoke Him (Alone and none else) before. Verily, He is Al-Barr (the Most Subtle, Kind, Courteous, and Generous), the Most Merciful."

But Allah has been gracious to us and He has saved us from the chastisement of the hot wind.

Surely we called upon Him before: Surely He is the Benign, the Merciful.

Lo! we used to pray unto Him of old. Lo! He is the Benign, the Merciful.

We had prayed to Him; He is Kind and All-merciful".

Before, we were supplicating to Him. He is the Giving, the Most Merciful'

Indeed, we used to supplicate Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful."

“Indeed we used to worship Him in our previous life; indeed He only is the Benign, the Most Merciful.”

Before this, we used to pray to Him. He is the Good, the Compassionate.”

before this, we used to pray to Him. Surely, He is the Beneficent, the Merciful."

"Truly, we did call unto Him from of old: truly it is He, the Beneficent, the Merciful!"
