Surah Al-Baqarah

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

بَلَى مَن كَسَبَ سَيِّئَةً وَأَحَاطَتْ بِهِ خَطِيئَتُهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ ﴿٨١﴾
2/Al-Baqarah-81: Balea man kasaba sayyiatan va aheataat bihee haateeatuhu fa uleaika aasheabun near(neari), hum feehea healidoon(healidoona).

No, (it is not as you guess it) whoever earns evil and his sins have surrounded him, they are the inmates of the Fire (Hell); they will dwell in it forever.
